• Day 0 team member: built the after-sales service and device-lifecycle platform from concept to global scale, with rollouts across North America, Europe and China.
• Delivered device care and digital insurance programs for marquee partners including Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Amazon, Google, Jio, Vodafone and Airtel.
• Patented an AI/ML crack-screen detection system (on-device TensorFlow) that unlocked insurance sales for in-use devices; built fake-device detection diagnostics that prevented return fraud for e-commerce partners.
• Grew engineering from 5 to 50+, hiring graduates and mentoring them into leads; defined the mobile architecture and public APIs/SDKs for insurance, service workflows and diagnostics.
