- Scaled systems to support millions of concurrent users through high-velocity events like billing and payment cycles.
- Established engineering governance and compliance frameworks aligned with RBI guidelines, AppSec and InfoSec standards.
- Spearheaded the SubZero design system (native Android/iOS SDKs), the ONDC government e-commerce initiative, a ground-up revamp of the rewards platform, and a personal finance manager.
